History #2


This photo was taken by Louis-Jacques-Mandé Daguerre. It was taken in 1838 or 1839. It is significant because it's exposure was only a few minutes and it's subjects (the people) stood out, the first photo of a human. It also followed the rule of thirds. The photo also withstood the war of 1840.
